Talk about service I had a tire that was leaking went to 3 places either several hours or next day called this location. They saw me within 5 minutes excellent service very friendly very helpful
Our company truck tires needed replacing and I was very tight with time. The team at Southland Drive got me in and out before my next meeting. They definitely went out of their way to help me out! Thank you for the great customer service!
This and Richmond Rd are the only real S&S Tire stores left. Great people Taylor runs a good business!
I unexpectedly got a flat tire while vacationing in Lexington. Walmart wasn’t able to get the right size tire for me for 48 hours, so I called these guys, and they had one in stock and get it installed right away — and at half of the price of comparable tire shops! This shop is fantastic! Definitely support them
I’ve done business with Palmer tire for 20 years. I’ve bought multiple sets of high tires from them always with road hazard warranty. I have used the warranty at least once per set of tires and they have always honored it. Delightful people to work with however they don’t return phone calls. Currently their telephone number doesn’t work and I don’t know if they’re still in business. Communication would be preferable.
