Came back to Upstate NY after six years in the Marines and used this company for my storage needs for one more assignment overseas. Came back to my unit having a small hole in the roof that did water damage to a kitchen stool and a few boxes. The owner said I should have had insurance and she wasn't responsible at all, despite repairing the hole the following weekend. The initial storage unit I purchased was a 10x15 for a snowmobile I was using up north for the season. The unit was difficult to open, but the staff here were quick to respond and look into it, concluding that I could have a new unit at no extra charge. So I got upgraded to a 10x20 for the rest of my stay, and I had no problems after that. Cheapest I could find around, good help, and overall I wasn't disappointed!
