I don’t know how this place has anything other than five star reviews! Mary taught me more about myself in one call than my previous doctor did in multiple visits, calls, and emails, and she was MATTER OF FACT, no fluffing. All of the techs, nurses, the doctor, and the manager were amazing, and they made sure I left very informed. I have gone here for over 10 years. Fast efficient, nice women. All have been nice. Idk what’s up with a low rating. Not sure what people expect. Mammograms suck folks…so…

The receptionist is not friendly. Clearly, the Center was overbooked today as I was there for two hours and twenty minutes. Waited 30 minutes to register. This is way too long. However, it was the same last year. They may be highly rated, but the administration is poor at managing the number of appointments and processing once a client walks in. Furthermore, only the mammogram can be booked on-line. So, you can call for the SoniGram; rarely is the phone answered, leave a message but likely you will have to call again if not ... read more

I'm usually treated like a piece of meat in here. When I saw that the tech, Mary, was the one that was going to work with me today, I was bummed because she had been just very curt and rude over the years. I was nervous about a lump on this visit and was treated rudely as usual. It actually brought me to tears, and I am not one to cry. I was told that I was messing up her schedule because I brought up an additional issue that I felt needed to be addressed. My OBGYN recommends St Louis Breast Center, so that’s why I started coming here for my annual exams a years ago. I continue to return because of their excellent staff, state-of-the-art equipment and compassion. And whoa are they efficient. For the third year in a row…. from the time I walked into the door to the time I walked out…. 14 minutes. And I didn’t feel rushed!!! They’re just that efficient.
