6/24/2026 - I called to schedule a mammogram after being overdue, but my experience was disappointing. The staff member Karen was impatient and hostile when I couldn’t recall the exact name of my last clinic I had my mammogram at, even though I gave the location. When I raised health concerns with the office manager I felt dismissed. I also sensed bias, as I didn’t feel treated fairly as a Black woman calling in to simple schedule an appointment. I don’t know how this place has anything other than five star reviews! Mary taught me more about myself in one call than my previous doctor did in multiple visits, calls, and emails, and she was MATTER OF FACT, no fluffing. All of the techs, nurses, the doctor, and the manager were amazing, and they made sure I left very informed. The entire staff was helpful and so very compassionate. The nurses Pam, Mary and I think Karen (?) were so helpful. They are angels. And the doctor was so personable and explained everything so that I wasn't as nervous. Sorry.. I don't remember the doctor's name.. They made a horrible situation so much better. They not only did their jobs with the upmost professionalism, they comforted me when I needed it the most. I highly recommend this breast center!
The receptionist is not friendly. Clearly, the Center was overbooked today as I was there for two hours and twenty minutes. Waited 30 minutes to register. This is way too long. However, it was the same last year. They may be highly rated, but the administration is poor at managing the number of appointments and processing once a client walks in. I have gone here for over 10 years. Fast efficient, nice women. All have been nice. Idk what’s up with a low rating. Not sure what people expect. Mammograms suck folks…so…
