An A+ team in all areas of this clinic. My entire adult life I’ve preferred alternative medicines, I had never thought I’d need the pharmaceutical medications and procedures Dr. Christopher performs. The office staff and schedule person is rude and arrogant. This office piecemeals appointments that burdens families and delays care just to make additional money for their remodeled facility. Also, they are very poor in communicating procedures as well as complications to the procedure. My father is very upset with the medical service he has received, the rude staff, and the lack of attention to his well-being. He feels more like a guinea pig than a patient. We will never use St. Louis Pain Consultants again. NEVER!
First I want to say that the initial visit with Dr Christoper and her PA Mark was the most thorough and best exam and visit from a pain management facility I have ever had. I have been to 3 others in the past 15 years dealing with chronic LB pain. I was naturally trusting when suggested that I should try facet injections. I had 3. My first visit to St. Louis Pain Consultants made me feel like I am finally at the right place to get treated. I have been fighting a very painful situation for the past 4 years and everyone that I have been to kind of ignored me. Dr. Mark performed the most thorough exam I have ever had. He pinpointed my pain areas and reported them to Dr. Christofer who then came in and talked about how to help me. I left there with a plan finally. I am extremely happy with what I have experienced so far.
This is a fantastic office. I've had 6 total surgeries on my thumb and forefinger over the last 18 months including a complete fusion. I had been a patient of a pain management Dr at BJC for 2 years during my surgeries. I was unhappy with then (they stopped listening, didn't offer any options other than narcotics, and, when I brought up concerns over withdrawals, they completely dismissed me).
