There was a scheduling snafu initially and I had to wait for about an hour after my appointment time to see the doctor. However, once I met Dr. Christopher she was knowledgeable and thorough. She adjusted my meds and got me set up for further scans and treatment procedures. Looking forward to feeling better soon.
If you need a pain clinic, go to this business!!! The people are wonderful. The doctor actually speaks to you (didn’t at St E) and asks questions, the staff is super friendly and accommodating. They are taking care of my pain issues and I don’t have to wait a month (again like I did at St E), the receptionist actually answered the phone (again, unlike St E - they NEVER answer). Anne Christopher’s office did an X-ray on my lower back in the middle of 2025. I wanted my X-rays given to me so that I can give it to another doctor. They told me they didn’t have them. I said I know that I had the X-rays taken there. The lady said they had no equipment to take back X-rays. I couldn’t believe they said that to me. So I told her that there’s something wrong with my back; not my mind. But they still denied doing it. The joke of it all is that they sent me a bill for $119.00 for back X-rays.
The staff are so very friendly. Dr. Christopher is excellent at treating my needs. Mark Holder is caring and treats me with compassion. Without them I would be in excruciating pain. Thank you everyone at St. Louis Pain Consultants!!
My experience in this initial consultation at St Louis Pain Consultants by far exceeded the best expectations I might have hoped for. Everyone I met from reception thru to Dr Chistopher were personable, attentive & thorough. Really seems to me to be a 1st class facility & staff.
