I will say the New Patient appointment was lengthy (2hrs). However, Dr gave me real hope. I was distraught after a Spine PA, told me I need back surgery. Not here. The Dr gave me real hope! I hope it all goes as she intends. But, she is absolutely on her patients side. This is so important from many perspectives.

If you need a pain clinic, go to this business!!! The people are wonderful. The doctor actually speaks to you (didn’t at St E) and asks questions, the staff is super friendly and accommodating. They are taking care of my pain issues and I don’t have to wait a month (again like I did at St E), the receptionist actually answered the phone (again, unlike St E - they NEVER answer). Initially I gave this company a four-star review. I've retracted the stars after my first spinal epidural shot to one star. The ordeal was extremely painful. My face and feet were tingling for days after the shot and the pain in my back intensified exponentially. I wound up needing to be on steroids for 2 weeks because of the swelling it caused. Had a super time with the doctor and staff. Got answers to alot of questions and issues with my hands and hips. With this the is now a plan for treatment that has been needed for a while. Have to hand it to the folks there today. It was their first day in that office and while some things weren't there yet they fought through everything and were treating the patient's very well. Been following Dr. Hoffman and he is a great doctor and has a great staff. See you soon!

Dr Anne Christopher was excellent to work with and I am grateful that she's helping me. Also, she has an excellent staff... this may sound cheesy, but they made me feel like family or a close friend. I highly recommend St Louis Pain Consultants. They truly care about the care they provide!
