Ebony Riggs is a god send. I was homeless, coalition for homeless gave me this property's application, December 2024, Ebony found my application in the mailbox, March 2025, she immediately called and came to my rescue, with the help of my beautiful daughter and Ebony, I was able to find this housing. I can't thank her enough, I am praying that God Blesses her and my daughter many times.
The management and maintenance people couldn’t be better. They are extremely nice and polite and respectful and they do a great job. Things are maintained the maintenance crew goes out of their way to help people like taking out their trash for them and other things. I would never choose to live anywhere else.
Beautiful building kept in immaculate condition. Manager was very nice and I enjoyed working with her. The maitenance team were very thorough and highly regarded.
