horrible staff, small box size apartments for over a grand a month... worst place to live Beware... ghetto and very unprofessional office staff...
Worst apartments ever. You want to live somewhere that’s dangerous for your health? This is the place! Want to live near the absolute worst neighbors of all time? This is the place. If the smell of marijuana and mildew feels like home to you. Move to southgate. They will look water damage in the face and say “that deserves a little paint!” While it rots the building underneath.
I usually don’t rant but my last phone call with the managers really upset me. My roommate and I have been in this same apartment for 4+ yrs. I signed my renewal when we first got the notice and he did as well but it “didn’t save”. So they’ve been hassling me to have him go resign. First they have his phone number and I’m not his keeper. But digressed and got him in there. When he went to sign they asked he’d be doing a 12 mo or 16 mo? WTF?!? That’s an option. So he signs the 12 mo since that’s what I signed initially. DO NOT RENT FROM METROPOLITAN ASSOCIATES!!!!! Short version: 1. They don't care about their tenants only the rent payments 2. Maintenance always does a half a** job 3. No one communicates between their staff so if you have a problem you will have to repeat it over multiple times 4. They don't do a good job with snow removal 5. THE WALLS ARE VERY THIN SO YOU WILL ALWAYS HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS 6.
