We worked with Stacia at Rate Mortgage and had a negative experience with her. Her LinkedIn profile shows frequent job changes. I would strongly urge you to do your research before working with her. After nearly a year of being given the runaround, we decided to work with Horizon Credit Union in Missoula, MT and had an outstanding experience - our loan was closed in under 30 days!
