terrible customer service had a chair CATNAPPER, made noise like Darth Vager or a ventilator at the hospital. I came in the next day, they sent 3 technicians out 3 times 2nd guy pinched the motor and remote cable and they quit a week later. been 4 months and still noisy manager said thats just the way they sound, mentioned taking her to court she said GO AHEAD.
Linda was wonderful! My husband’s recliner motor quit working and She went out of her way to help us! She was so nice and got the part ordered and my husband is so happy to have his favorite chair working again. Thanks Linda!
Love this store. They have a great selection of furniture and best price in North Alabama.
Terrible place to buy furniture from. Spent over $1,000 on a reclining couch. I told the staff that I was nervous about buying due to having a large dog and they advised me to buy an additional protection plan in case he damaged it. Almost a year goes by and he ends up tearing the fabric in a few spots. They then told me that the protection plan only covers “cleaning” issues and that they would not repair or replace my couch OR refund the protection plan (which is basically useless). Would not recommend this place to anyone.
JoAnn was so nice and helpful!! Great deal and easy financing!!
