Vinyl replacement windows installed at our cottage May 12, 2026........ 4 Double-Hung and 3 Sliding. Unable to meet with installers the day of project and when we entered several days later, items like end tables... lamps.... curtain rods.....etc. not put back in place and some debris on the floor which did not meet our expectation of everything being put back in place. When we went to open the double-hung windows we were SHOCKED that they only open about 1/3 of the way and do not let air flow in fully as we expected. Also n... read more

We had 8 window replacements. The entire process was fantastic - our Salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. We received regular, friendly and consistent communication from the office throughout the process. The installers were timely, professional, and friendly. Even though one window came in with the grids placed incorrectly, this was promptly corrected. The windows are great - and honestly, we couldn't be happier!

I absolutely love my windows! From the moment Joe, my salesman gave me my initial quote to the actual installation, it has been such a positive experience. The installers, Keith and Rob, did such meticulous work. Joe continued to stay in touch to make sure I was satisfied, which I definitely am. They were worth every penny. My home looks bright and inviting now, and they are sooooo easy to clean. I highly recommend Stanek and especially Joe and my installation team.

Had this company install windows before my old ones rotted and leaked. Guess what, the windows they sold me leak. They said that is what this type of window does. Perhaps that should have been disclosed at the sale. Also said they would reconnect the alarm wires, they did not. Workers on site are nice and friendly. Customer service is not. Go someplace else. I regret this choice every day.

Great sales guy, terrible from there. The installer was rude, left the windows dirty. The quality of the windows installed are not the same as what was shown at the sales presentation. Scratches and scuffs, black marks on the frames, one window has a chip on the inside of the window. When I called to let them know of the issues we were told the project inspector would call and /or come out. Nothing but crickets. The quality is on par with window world but for twice the price.
