Made an appointment took off work, got up early etc. Only to be called an hour beforehand saying he wasn't taking on new patients, despite I had seen him in the past. Comete waste of my time and would have been nice if I had more of a heads up.
Don't expect much from Stan. He might check your glucose or your cholesterol, but seems to have a very limited knowledge of anything else. Treats his patients like bothersome children. Makes outlandish diagnoses not supported by evidence. I thought he was the medical assistant and was flabbergasted when I asked if the doctor was coming and he said "I am the doctor."
Dr does not listen to his patients very well, is too trapped worrying about other things and often feel I did not get proper treatment. Will not refill diabetes meds, makes me see a specialist even if I just need a refill.
