Excellent service! Very good customer support. Veterinarian and Tech genuinely care for your pet and it shows!! Excellent animal control in/out of the office ensuring a safe environment for your pet as some animals are not so friendly. Cost is a consideration…as their fees are above average for this area. Our little Cocker’s are worth it to us.
My dog Nani was recently spayed at Staples Mill Animal Hospital and received top notch care. Everything went smoothly from drop off to pickup. I was a bit shocked at the sticker price, but she only gets spayed once. I was informed when she was out of surgery and received phone calls the day of to go over aftercare and the next day for a checkup. You can tell that everyone that works there loves animals.
I moved here from Ohio and was concerned about finding a good vet for my dog. My neighbor recommended Staples Mill Animal Hospital. I was very impressed and have to give them 5 stars. The office and their procedures were very similar to my vet in Ohio. Everyone was friendly and kind. I could tell they truly care about my dog. The doctor took her time and was thorough. Everyone was so nice! My dog has bad anxiety when it comes to vet visits and the vet tech and his vet were gentle and understanding. They were also very detailed and explained things very well! I am so happy I found them!
First time visiting Staples Mill with 2 of my 3 kitties. Staff were super friendly and very attentive to my questions/ listening to what I had to say. I really loved the fact that I was in a smaller exam room that was just for kitties. My cats were both very comfortable and had great visits. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a veterinary office.
