First time visiting Staples Mill with 2 of my 3 kitties. Staff were super friendly and very attentive to my questions/ listening to what I had to say. I really loved the fact that I was in a smaller exam room that was just for kitties. My cats were both very comfortable and had great visits. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a veterinary office.
Staff are very friendly and caring, patiently answered all of my questions about prices and options. Most importantly, they took great care of my crazy cat and made him feel comfortable.
Love Staples Mills! Everyone is always very friendly and professional. Facility is clean and well organized. I just took my pup in for a checkup/vaccine update and the visit went smoothly just as it always does. My dog seems to like everyone there too so I’m sure he’s in good hands, they handle him with care always. Thank you Staples Mills!
Staff is very friendly and understanding. Truly appreciate their hospitality and providing treatment for my 18 year old cat. Appointment was only 20 minutes but it was worth sitting over two hours in traffic. That is how I feel about their dedication and professionalism on providing quality care for my pet. We appreciate how knowledgeable every single member at the hospital was, including the front desk who let us know they do allow happy visits to help pups who are nervous have good experiences at the vet. They truly wanted to ensure the visit was as stress-free as possible for our dog and every decision they made during our appointment reflected that.
