Don't visit with out taking lessons from Velina. Star Beachboys was able to get us a lesson when most places were book full on short notice. We were worried why they had avialablity. Are worry was quickly replaced with excitment and fun. All 5 riders were able to catch a wave in the first 45 minutes. They did such a great job we went back the next day and rented boards from them and did some more riding on our own.

Mikey was a great instructor, super friendly and let me park in his parking spot! The owner of the shop was accommodating and friendly too.

Bought this for my two sons. Their instructor was awesome and she showed them the basics. They were able to stand up right away and were smiling ear to ear. Would highly recommend this little surf shop.

We did a group lesson (3 people total) with Kalani. This was our first time surfing and he made us feel very safe and well prepared for the ocean. We really enjoyed the lesson, learning about the ocean, and surfing the waves. Everyone was very sweet and we got professional photos of us surfing. Had a great time and would recommend!

Our kids (15 and 11) had such a great first experience surfing! Kalani, their instructor, was so kind, patient and helpful making sure they are safe and successful. It was so fun watching them getting more and more confident with each wave! Mahalo from two happy kiddos and a grateful mama :)
