I had a fabulous experience with this dental practice. It was my first time at a new dentist in over 20 years. I just moved to McKinney and so far this was one of the best recommendations. They were thorough, informative and made my experience a breeze. I highly recommend them.
I've been to Starlite Dental a few times and have always been happy with the service they provide and their staff. They do a great job hiring the right people. I had the absolute best dental visit today! My only regret is not finding them sooner. I love the ambiance of the office, and all the complimentary additions were a nice touch. My dental hygienist, Mai, was thorough and walked me through every step of my treatment. Dr. J has great chair-side manner; she's easy to talk to. Ashley was also super helpful in walking me through the financials and insurance portion. Highly recommend this place!
I hadn't been to the dentist in 7 years due to husband switching jobs and loosing the benefits! I found this place from a mailer that was sent out in the mail and i was so pleased with my experience. Not once did i ever feel uncomfortable or judged for the condition of my mouth and even better, i saw a dentist in july of 2024 who said a deep clean was absolutely necessary, however, The dentist and hygienists here decided it was NOT necessary and made my smile lovable again! I have a huge amount of anxiety surrounding the dentist, but the staff made me feel so comfortable—even providing me with a weighted blanket to help! They did such a fantastic job explaining everything as they went along, making a stressful event for me much easier.
