Great workers that get the job done right and in a timely fashion. Highly recommend if your looking to have amazing floors/carpet whether it be your house or your business. Startown carpet is the way to go!!!
Only place in the area to have rug binding done. Work was ok, but be prepared for disorganization and unprofessionalism in the office

Initially I was impressed with the help in selection, managing costs and quotes. We had our whole house done in tile flooring along with 4 bathrooms and backsplash tile. The quality of work was good but the follow-up, scheduling, and communicate has been sub-par. Tried to schedule our backsplash install and small fixes needed on the overall job for weeks with no success (they make promises but have not met them). The service level and communication is ultimately their weakness.
Ordered flooring over 3 weeks ago. Told by Zack 3 different times that our flooring would be installed first on a Monday, then on a Tuesday and then on a Friday. Each date came and passed without a phone call letting us know that they would not be here. Now again, we are given a date of this coming Friday for installation and are very unpleased with the slack communication we've encountered through this entire process; and quite frankly, not understanding why we have to wait yet another five days for installation of the p... read more
