Management knew that I had LOST MY JOB DUE TO THE PANDEMIC and that I was desperate to keep my belongings. Still, they auctioned off EVERY SINGLE THING (not only furniture, home items, electronics, but my wedding rings/albums, and all of my mementos from when my children were tiny)I owned... for less than 1 months rent on the unit.... 3 weeks before Christmas. This business practice seems callous and nothing short of cruel to customers who have been negatively impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. Shame on them. RUN!!!

We are so sorry for the loss of your items, we try to work with all of our tenants. Unfortunately after numerous attempts and no payments for 6 months, the unit went to auction. Again, we are sorry for your loss.
