Black mold missed on inspection. Given a clean bill of health. Evident on the back of cabinets at the time of inspection in late 2018 (see pic). Owner discovered in early 2019 months after moving in. The rehab project cost was over $40,000. Displaced for three months from the house and the kitchen was completely gutted and rebuilt.
