Went in as a new patient, staff was extremely friendly. The PA I had Savannah was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, went above and beyond and made sure I had all the medicine I needed to feel better. It is day 4 and feel 80% better still got 2 days of antibiotics n some cough medicine. By far the quickest Express I have EVER been to. Will DEFINITELY be returning hopefully not too soon though, lol .. Savannah, thanks for helping me breathe again and feel better, YOU ROCK...
I had an outstanding experience at Steel Valley Express Care! I was knocked over by a car reversing out of a space and thought I had broken my hip. The staff made me feel welcome and cared for when I walked in. The front desk team was friendly and efficient, and I was seen quickly without a long wait. Great staff. Very fast. Great doctor. Only problem was they fudged my wife and I birth dates. Which held up our pharmacy pick ups. Besides that great service. Would recommend to everyone. Thumbs up.
I came in with headache, congestion, ear and mouth pain. First visit, in and out in 20 minutes with a Z-pack and my sinus infection is cleared up 5 days later. Super grateful for a nice quick urgent care option in the area. Only gripe is the waiting room. Chairs are falling apart and need to be repaired/replaced. TV was off and no tissues in the box. NBD considering the quick service and helpful care.
