I had a fantastic experience at this Steel Valley Express (urgent care) walk-in location. I was seen within 3 minutes of walking through the door, which is practically unheard of these days. From the front desk check-in to the medical staff, everyone was courteous, efficient, and attentive. I had an outstanding experience at Steel Valley Express Care! I was knocked over by a car reversing out of a space and thought I had broken my hip. The staff made me feel welcome and cared for when I walked in. The front desk team was friendly and efficient, and I was seen quickly without a long wait. So quick and easy and the staff is always kind. I've referred friends who also enjoy how simple getting seen here is. I highly recommend this clinic if you need to be seen urgently. Plus there's a CVS a minute down the road so getting a prescription filled is convenient.
Great staff. Very fast. Great doctor. Only problem was they fudged my wife and I birth dates. Which held up our pharmacy pick ups. Besides that great service. Would recommend to everyone. Thumbs up.
I've had decent medical services, but the billing is an absolute nightmare here. Every single bill has been wrong. They even sent me to collections for a bill that was paid in full on time. They do not itemize their visits, so when I ask why the same visit was all of a sudden more, over $100, they asked me what happened. Like 1-not my responsibility and 2- I'm usually going there in severe pain with a fever, doing your billing for you is not my highest priority.
