When I called Stellar Pool Services, the owner picked up the phone immediately and took my call. He explained some potential issues with my pool and immediately sent a technician out to help. Nick and his team have been opening/closing my pool plus any other maintenance required since the very beginning of Stellar Pools opening. As a business man, Nick noticed a very real need in our community for high quality, trustworthy, and reliable pool services. So he started Stellar Pools and has been providing stellar service ever since. If you’re sick of those large poorly staffed national pool companies that provide terrible service you’ll be super impressed with Stellar Pools.
I'm going on my 3rd or 4th year with Stellar Pool services. I've been happy with their weekly service. Their team shows up early in the morning so we are able to use our pool all day. I've had to reach out for special service and with enough notice they were able to get it done. Nick has always been helpful with my questions and concerns. It's great to be able to reach out to the owner of a company.
