So many incidents that I’m just wondering how can you reach the Corporate Office? My daughter and grandchildren are going through with this complex. Yes you call and leave voicemail on a daily basis and you get no answer and no return call for days. Your Central Air Conditioner unit goes out and cannot be repaired for over a week, it’s extremely HOT and the children are suffering from all the HEAT, it’s over 90 degrees outside some it feels double that inside the apartment. I’ve been calling for a month they literally never answer the phone or return voicemails. I even tried contacting them through email inquiries from other websites. That is so unprofessional!!
