Step by step is family to us - my oldest started here 3 years ago and my youngest is in the infant room now. It can be so hard to trust that your kids are getting the love they deserve every day when you’re dropping them off at a daycare or school. I know that my boys are in the best hands here. We love Step by Step! We moved to Step by Step after a not-so-great experience at our first day care center and have been so happy with the transition! The staff loves our kiddos so much and we have loved watching them thrive! The growth our kids have experienced in such a short time at Step by Step has been incredible to see and we are so thankful for the time and effort the staff puts into helping the kids grow.
We love the warm and intimate atmosphere that is created by the spaces and staff. The children seem to be known by all the teachers, regardless of age or classroom, which makes it feel like a little home away from home. It also instill confidence in us that they are being well cared for, regardless of who is present.
Both of our daughters have attended Step By Step in Wayzata and we have been so pleased with the school. Our oldest is going into 1st grade and she was beyond prepared for Kindergarten, both academically and socially. And our youngest is in the toddler program, soon to be moving into the preschool program! My husband and I have been so blown away by the quality of care and teaching provided there. It truly takes a village! Both of our kids have gone to Step by Step since they were 1 and we couldn’t have had a better experience. When I drop them off, I know they are safe, in good hands and loved.
