Very supportive management, beautiful location, fabulous price Living here around 2020 it was wonderful to have the opportunity to walk in the park, be just a short jaunt to downtown, and be so close to shopping and food. The price is also so good for what you get compared to other places I was looking at, like Broadway Apts. The current property manager, Patty, is so considerate and has been working to improve things around the complex even within units, and posts frequent update info to tenants. Stephen Park Apartments The units have been recently refurbished and have brand new decks on second floor apartments. I've lived here for years and love the landlord. Always quick with any issue. The apartments are clean and spacious enough to make it your own little home . Only cats are allowed but your right next to the park, literally across the street in which you can swim in the lake or swim in the pool provided by the apartment. Washer and dryer hookups are available which is a plus for its rare in this city.
