Cannot even thank Steve enough for the work he has done at my houses. From windows, siding and roof, I can say that I feel 100% safe. We loved our experience with Steve the Window Guy. He has the knowledge, the professionalism to explain the project (materials, labor, guarantees, etc.) and courtesy as a sales person. In the last two years we have had all our windows replace, a new front door and screen, and attic re-insulated. Steve is great! Got questions, or need something he responds quickly. Now days it is hard to find the level of personal service he provides. The installation folks that he uses are VERY professional and do unbelievable work. I have recommended Steve to my friends and a couple of them have gotten windows. They were equally impressed. And if you ever have a problem with Steve, Melissa will take care of it! :>)
