Cannot even thank Steve enough for the work he has done at my houses. From windows, siding and roof, I can say that I feel 100% safe. We loved our experience with Steve the Window Guy. He has the knowledge, the professionalism to explain the project (materials, labor, guarantees, etc.) and courtesy as a sales person. I never felt pressured to buy from him, but instead I felt the need to call him back for more projects even though we were just going to replace the windows! In the last two years we have had all our windows replace, a new front door and screen, and attic re-insulated. Steve is great! Got questions, or need something he responds quickly. Now days it is hard to find the level of personal service he provides. The installation folks that he uses are VERY professional and do unbelievable work. I have recommended Steve to my friends and a couple of them have gotten windows. They were equally impressed. And if you ever have a problem with Steve, Melissa will take care of it! :>)

I am so disappointed with the company promise to help the previous customer. 3 years ago they provided an amazing service replacing all but one window in my home. I paid around 17K for the project. Finally, I was able to commit to replacing the last window. Huge , about 16 feet high and 3 feet wide. Steve provided the bid last year and I called to go ahead with the bid 2 days ago. Well, today I received the call from the company that they won’t going to do it because they don’t take under consideration any project that n... read more

In the last several years we have been forced to adjust our core business in order to continue operating smoothly and a large part of that adjustment was turning away jobs that were less than 3 windows. Have had Steve do all the windows and siding on our house. Last window was a large half moon and front door. Had installed in December. Installer broke glass on side of door. Taped up and had to order replacement. Replacement came in February. Sloppy job in making window and wouldn't fit. Taped up again, add a couple of screws and order a new window. Window comes in April. This one works. Installation on original door had some bad workmanship areas. Nails sticking out and other holes. A little patch and paint and it looks li... read more
