The Office is Great and Outstanding with the dental care they provide. My major complaint is that I was supposed to get a refund for dental work that could not be completed. The refund was for $1568.00 and was supposed to be issued in December. After calling and talking with the business office I was told that it was issued on January 29. Checked my bank and called them. This dental practice is amazing! The staff and dentists as a whole are truly the best I have ever been to and make your experience so comfortable and relaxed. I have anxiety and ptsd and have struggled with seeing the dentist without panicking since I was a child but not at Dr. Rasners office! They have great open communication, walking you through everything before it happens. They listen to you as a patient and do care about you leaving happy and healthy. I experienced anxiety ahead of my visit, old memories. Cecilia made me feel comfortable and she turned the gas on. I didn’t feel anything when I received the 1st injections, I felt a little pinch for the last shot. At no point did I feel any pain, I felt pressure but everything was explained. Dr Rasner has been our dentist for over fifteen years, he is very professional, he listens to us, his dental work is amazing. I personaly have ptsd when I have any dental work done. Dr Rasner and his staff are very patient with me. My husband, my grandson, and my disabled brother, as well as myself have recieved the best Care from his office. I highly recommend him.
