If I could give zero stars I would. This company made closing an absolute nightmare. We didn’t receive any funds until a week and a day after we closed. We couldn’t get any responses from anyone as to why everything was taking so long. Avoid this business at all costs, they’ll give you nothing but a headache.
Karen at Stewart Title was an excellent communicator and problem solver. She helped make our transaction a very smooth one!
Funds were dispersed incorrectly at closing and people were left unpaid. I would recommending using a company with better attention to detail.
