Let me start off by saying all the staff was very nice and professional. That's the only good thing I have to say. If I could go back to when I first started the home buying process, I would not have gone through Alice's Stewart Title Co. or Stewart Title at all. Home buying is already stressful enough, and the company did not make things any cleaner or easier to do. The amount of stress and dissatisfaction is uncanny. Quick and easy. Out of 3 houses we own, closing with them was the quickest and easiest we’ve experienced and sent the documents out same days despite the sellers not signing till 4pm. I would definitely recommend them as a closing company to use.

I am a Loan Officer that has done hundreds of VA loans. They make it almost impossible to purchase a home. Very uncooperative, and extremely unresponsive. They have been, by FAR, the hardest title company I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend this company to do business with
