I have used Stewart Title Company for many years now! They are always very nice and profesional! Always have answers to your questions and concerns. Samantha Moore is your go to person! Deserves more than just the 5 stars! Thanks again! See you soon!
This company is very unprofessional in Beaumont Texas, 3 years ago this company stoled and won't give back my $1250 earnest money I put down for a home. It was a done deal the first day because of the seller's actions, and the manager Barry is very difficult and unprofessional to work with in Texas he can hold your money indefinitely if you don't agree to give part of your earnest money to the seller... Hell no that's crazy! This company deserves zero Stars and shame on this company on doing this to a retired disabled milita... read more
Review for Stewart Title – Extremely Unprofessional and Discriminatory Experience Our recent experience with Stewart Title was absolutely disappointing and unprofessional — specifically with Kelly Wakefield. From the very beginning of the transaction, my team and I were met with dismissiveness, lack of communication, and a complete unwillingness to help. Emails were ignored, responses came with attitude, and rather than providing solutions, Kelly often expected others to do her job. Things only got worse at the closing table... read more
Rude to me while signing alongside my husband for a home they are making money off of. You'd think people in a field such as this one would be more professional 🤔. But we got into our house. They also made changes to our CD after we all signed everything. Not a good look if you ask me. Glad I dont have to look the lady in the face anymore.
I'm giving a 2-star because of the lady that answers the phone. She's professional and organized. The main closer I dealt with was unresponsive for the most part. Multiple calls and emails in a day without response. I did all the follow up throughout the transaction which I don't even mind but not getting timely responses or updates is unacceptable. She also snapped at me, very disrespectful.
