Stewart title in Clarksville has done a very professional job for me with three transactions. The last one was an estate sale that required a lot of extra work to make sure I had clear title. I was so glad they knew what to do and how to get it done right even if it required a delay in closing. I highly recommend the for your real estate closings.

I have used Stewart title as a closing attorney numerous times in the past 10 years. Every single one of my closings were for VA Home Loans or agricultural loans and were completed using a special power of attorney due to my husband being out of the country on military duty. I would say they are very knowledgeable and accomodating when it comes to being both military and Veteran friendly.
