Kelly at Stewart Title did an extraordinary job on our closing today. We started on time, she was very organized and explained everything clearly. We signed the documentation and finished within an hr. We are very appreciative of Stewart Title for making our Home buying experience as positive as I had imagined. To make matters worse, my mother is already going through a difficult time, and this experience only added to her burden. The condo that was sold needs significant work, and the monthly maintenance fees are so high they almost feel like paying rent—without access to amenities like a gym or pool to justify the cost. This level of miscommunication and lack of professionalism is unacceptable, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve future transactions.

My clients were not happy with the service they received. They pushed the closing, knowing my clients were from out of state even when I called to make sure the transaction was going well, everything was "going well" until the few days before closing. Communication was not there at all and it even seemed like they didn't even try to communicate with the lender in a timely manner. My clients and I would not recommend.
