Gabby was amazing to work with! This transaction had a lot more hurdles than the average deal, but she stayed on top of everything from start to finish. Her communication was great, she was always quick to respond, and she helped keep the whole transaction moving. I really appreciate all of her hard work and look forward to working with her again!
Gabby Haynes is by far the best Escrow Officer/Agent I have had the pleasure of working with in my 12 years of Real Estate. This review needs to be duplicated a few times as she is handling multiple files for my clients. From start to finish, she has kept timely updates and actually goes through the closing documents for the buyers and sellers. Don't look anywhere else than here, STEWART TITLE!!!!!
Gabby Haynes closed the transaction for my buyers, and I was impressed with the concise clarity of her explanations. She relayed the details of the different documents, in layman's terms, in an easily understandable manner. She took the time to answer all questions completely, without unnecessary technical vocabulary. She put the buyers at ease and yet got the closing done in a time efficient manner.
We just closed on our property and were fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Stewart Title - Clear Lake Escrow Officer Katie Farmer. We closed within 3 weeks of signing a contract and she stayed on top of every detail and expertly helped us avoid several problems along the way. If you're looking for a title company in that area and hope to find an intelligent, thoughtful, and responsive escrow officer who goes out of her way to keep you up-to-date, you can't go wrong working with Katie!
Excellent communication and responsiveness throughout the entire transaction. They were proactive, professional, and always quick to provide updates or answer questions. Their attention to detail and dedication to a smooth closing made the process seamless. Highly recommend!
