As a first time home owner, I was hoping to have an exciting experience signing our paperwork. Ruby Contreras was our escrow officer and she was rude from the beginning. Called over a mutual client to gather information for him regarding his finances. The lady they passed me to was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was trying to verify the amounts on the forms my client had sent me to make sure he was reporting the correct amounts as the amount differed from the closing documents and his spouse's paperwork. Try to avoid using them as your title company. The staff is unprofessional, customer service nonexistent, and difficult to deal with overall.
If I could recommend this place to anyone I surely would not. Melissa Walker who helped us close on our home had no manners was uptight and took the joy away from me and my family closing on our very first home. This is an experience I will never forget because of how horrible it was. We were robbed of our joy. It was just sign here initial here I’ll get you your copies said thanks and left.
