Your ZOCCAM software program is horrible. First the lettering is small, faint and is almost impossible to read on an iPad or iPhone. Secondly, the margins from page to page are inconsistent and leave only a portion of the page visible. Thirdly, when choosing the designated office to compete the form there are hundreds of offices to choose from. Scrolling through them all took considerable time and effort. Raemy Finch is wonderful to work with. Her service is fast, friendly, and genuine. Stewart has a personal touch like no other escrow office. It's nice to know you're working with human beings and not a bunch of suits. Raemy cares about you... and cares about your clients as much as you do. Highly recommend. I won't use anyone else. Plus I like how you can just drive up to the front door, sign, or pick up, and go! Very convenient.
