They are always on top of things and they go out of their way to accommodate their clients. Suleyma Andasol actually stayed past 5 pm to complete our signing because my buyer was late to his appointment. Not once did she have a negative reaction to our request to do our signing past closing time. They also have great marketing teams, with amazing material for agents to succeed. I definitely think you should check them out and work with them on your next transaction. You will be glad you did!👍🏽😁👍🏽

Do not recommend using this title company whatsoever, if you can avoid it. First they had put that the seller (me) was to pay some of the closing costs, when it clearly stated on the purchase agreement that buyers are paying all closing costs. Since the figures were not inputted accurately, the buyers had to sign yet another addendum. Then, I was told I would be getting funded today. I check and nope, no funds whatsoever. I recently closed escrow with Paul & Sara on a deal in just 2 weeks. Sara made it a really enjoyable and easy process. I highly recommend if you need any title service check out Sara Finsten and Paul Mangual, they are the best!
I am a Realtor for California and Nevada!Recently I had transaction in which National Title was Escrow and Title. I do not usually post reviews but here is one and unfortunately bad one ! Absolutely disappointed from National Title . I have never seen such a sloppy closing! Multiple mistakes and many excuses.I would highly recommend NOT to use this company .If You want to have a piece of mind after a real estate transaction use different escrow and Title company!
