This title company ruined our experience when selling our property. I have worked with 3 title companies and I didn’t know title companies could mess up this much. I definitely won’t forget this negative experience. Celia messed up on the numbers, a $5 discrepancy to be exact, so instead of me and my sisters closing together on a very important property inherited by my mother. Great home closing experience. It was short, sweet, and simple. Stewart Title Company has friendly customer service and thanks to Evan Gutierrez, the sale of our house went smoothly. Five stars for Stewart Title!!

This is a terrible company! We sold our house and we’re advised that the buyer was going to close in the morning as well. We made arrangements to move into our new house. It turns out, they had the buyer scheduled until 4:30, which did not allow us to get the keys to our new home for an additional day. Have to pay $200 extra for the Uhaul rental and $169 for the hotel, not to mention call all the utilities and movers to reschedule. Save yourselves the trouble and choose someone else as your title company.

We used Stewart Title when we sold our previous house and again when we purchased a new home. They offer a safe environment and a very knowledgeable staff.
