Title companies all offer the same products mandated by the Nevada Department of Insurance. What sets them apart is the people who do the work. This is not an easy job. Lots of numbers. Lots of legal questions. Lots of drama and emotions. I have been a Realtor since 1980 and have seen it all at closings.
