Deed was transferred to me middle of December. Stuart title never sent me the deed. After 2 months of waiting I called. They never sent it. After another 2 weeks of waiting for it I went by their location. The woman at the front desk is completely ignorant. The title was on the desk in an envelope with my name on it. Ruby was INCREDIBLE!!!! Easiest and fastest closing I’ve ever done. Followed up on our wire/funding even on a holiday weekend with her family. Can’t say enough good things about her and Stewart Title. Very enjoyable closing.

Got our title and closing papers ready in about a week and went for signing and it only took 30 minutes amazing group and very thorough and knowledgeable. And did I mention how fast they were.
