They have sent me closing documents for a loan i am not on and have nothing to do with it. Been trying to call a woman named Sonya who sent me the documents in error. Sonya doesn’t answer the phone though. I can’t imagine how many laws were broken in sending me these documents. Your documents and closing are not safe with Stewart title
Stewart Title missed an important discrepancy in my land description which caused me to unknowingly pay property taxes on my neighbor's land for about a decade. When I refinanced and another title company found the mistake, I tried to talk to someone at Stewart Title to find out if the loss was covered by their insurance. It took me almost a year of never getting a response before I finally had to threaten them with the BBB or small claims court or the attorney general. Shameful.
These guys are amazing at handling real estate transactions. Never worried for a minute.
