Closing with Shelley is always a great experience. She is always prepared and professional. She has a great team backing her up. Christe communicated where we were in the process and answered any questions that came up. I would definately reccomend closing with them.

The team at Stewart are absolute pros at closing a property. They are thorough and knowledgeable with all the title work. Stewart remains steady in the boat when tricky situations arise; and handle things with a solution mindset.

Shelly was rude to the seller that I represented, rude to me and in my opinion inconsiderate to the buyer as well. I've represented buyers and sellers for 15 years and have gotten accustomed to Title Representatives being considerate, respectful and compassionate. Shelly of Stewart Title speaks and even emails others in a very condescending, short and unprofessional manner. When the legal work for your property and your money is at stake, everyone deserves better.

Shelly Crook was unprofessional and did not do her job when closing a sale. She would not perform her duties as an escrow agent unless the owner of the home flew in from Florida because she had heard something about him. Small town politics and small town minds.
