We truly appreciate the high level of professionalism we experienced working with Tiffany Fuller. She was very knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely cared about making sure all of our needs were met. She was very kind to stay late when the bank delayed the cashiers check to make sure we were able to sign while in town.

My review is based from my recent experience. I’m a local Realtor and recently called Stewart Title to get a quote for a title search. I was redirected to a gentleman who, frankly, sounded uninterested and unhelpful. When I asked about the title search, he told me Stewart Title doesn’t do them but does offer title insurance. While I understand that some title companies focus only on insurance, the interaction left a lot to be desired. We worked with Danny who helped us buy our new home in Carson and he made the process so easy for us! It was quick and very informative. Most people do not understand a lot about buying homes, especially all the jargon and requirements. Danny helped us every step of the way and ensured we understood everything going on. I highly recommend Western Title. I use Joann Sundstrom with every transaction I do. She pays attention to detail and goes the extra mile to insure my clients get the smoothest transaction possible. Her professionalism and ability to get it done is priceless to my business and clients. She is awesome when dealing with the lenders to get docs on time for signings and takes the time to make the closing transaction a happy event for my everyone. I just can't say enough about Joann and the whole staff at Western Title.

Joann Sundstrom was off the charts fantastic. She was kind and helpful through all the twist and turns of the transaction! There was a lot of pressure to close on a specific date and limited time to catch my clients to sign. It took a lot of extra work to pull it off and Joann did it with grace and showed kindness.
