Extremely poor communication and lack of accountability. Our experience with Stewart Title on a recent closing was one of the most frustrating we’ve ever had. Despite this being a straightforward all-cash transaction, the team consistently failed to communicate, respond to emails, or meet basic deadlines. Has to be one of the hardest companies to contact. Takes forever to respond, doesn't send wiring instructions or wiring amount, do not confirm that payment was received. I seriously am questioning my whole refi just based on the final experience which involves this pathetic company.
Made multiple mistakes and when given the opportunity to make it right, did not do the right thing.
