I would highly recommend Stewart Title Company for your real estate transactions requiring a title search, title insurance, and closing out real estate buying/selling activities. They were prompt, professional, and very helpful with all the questions I had along the way. Previous one star reviews is what I experienced. I don't know if anyone is in charge here. I have a simple land sale. Direct owner to seller. Clear title, no mortgage, escrow, etc. Less than $30k. It is as simple as you can possibly get. All I needed was a title company. I have done this many times and it takes about 5 minutes for something this simple. The coordination with Stewart Title at this location was about as bad as I have ever experience. Emails were not acknowledge, closing date was never confirmed. Which led to a... read more
