Attention to detail and commitment to excellent service truly was important to me. Highly recommend Kaylee at Stewart Title to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy title company.

As a Transaction Coordinator, I can’t say enough good things about Ondrea and Susan. They are both incredibly communicative, ensuring that all aspects of every transaction stay on track. Their attention to detail and consistent updates make the process smooth and seamless. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for efficient, reliable, and proactive title company. They are a fantastic team!

I’m purchasing a new home build and wanted to shop title fees on my estimated closing costs statement. I called to ask a few questions about title fees. I spoke with Carrie who was VERY informative and knowledgeable. She explained all fees in detail allowing me to compare the pricing on my estimated closing costs statement. What a breath of fresh air! I highly recommend this title company and customer service!

Stewart Title especially the downtown Sarasota office is where I will do all my closings when applicable. The staff goes the extra mile, works very hard to make the transaction a pleasant experience. Just had a closing that was VIRTUAL since buyers were from Canada and border is still closed. They prepared a POA and buyers attended closing through Zoom and the closer explained each document the signer was going to sign. It was an awesome experience and they pulled it off without a hitch.
