My estimated closing costs were increase 7,000 the week before I closed due to the exorbitant inflated closing costs. I did not have the final number with Fairway until 12 hours before closing. I did not have my 72 hours to review and if I would not have lost the property I would have walked. My realtor and lawyer were amazing at communication to close
