Lack of service. Issued a title insurance policy a few year back and when asked if a current pending tranfer would allow the policy to continue to cover us, they say “we can’t tell you, that would be legal advice, have your attorney review and tell you.” Sounds to me like they plan to delay, deny, defend if we ever need to make a claim on the policy. Just the sort of sneakiness we all hate as consumers. Poor company. On my “do not work with in the future list” and should be on yours too.
Fast, easy and friendly.
