Stacy Short at Stewart title is extremely knowledgeable and can properly explain every step of the process. Real estate transactions can be confusing especially if there are potential title issues. They are the best in the business so check them out first.
Waiting until the week of closing to then tell us on the day we were supposed to close that you can't cover us is not only unprofessional. But quite frankly disgusting. There's 395 thousand dollars up in the air. This should have been handled at the beginning. Horrible service on yalls part. This is laughable. You have lost a customer now and forever.
