This was the 3rd home we have purchased and Brianna was such a great help! We were delayed 6 days due to circumstances beyond our control or Stewart Title. Brianna knew we wanted to close, fund and record on the same day and she got it done with a smile. She was expeditious, polite and genuinely understanding of our situation. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the receptionist all the way though till we left. Thank you so much Brianna and kudos to the receptionist too. This was a wonderful experience!

My realtor and I have never used Stewart Title before. Basically, I lost $142k. My buyer and I were ready to close. There were 2 liens on my house but... there was over $300k in equity to cover the $70k worth of liens. Stewart Title, 4 days before close, told my realtor about the liens, which I knew nothing about, since they belonged to my ex husband. Brianna Blodgett was the absolute best part of our home loan process. We had a lot of stressful issues with our lender and Brianna helped us through the whole process and went above and beyond to get us into our house on time. She always responded via emails and calls promptly over the weeks leading up to closing and was very friendly and professional on the day of signing.
