This was the 3rd home we have purchased and Brianna was such a great help! We were delayed 6 days due to circumstances beyond our control or Stewart Title. Brianna knew we wanted to close, fund and record on the same day and she got it done with a smile. She was expeditious, polite and genuinely understanding of our situation. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the receptionist all the way though till we left. Thank you so much Brianna and kudos to the receptionist too. This was a wonderful experience!
