My father passed away recently and left my 80 year old mother with a commercial property in Tucson. Denise Monahan of Stewart Title did a phenomenal job throughout the entire process. She is an excellent communicator and kept us apprised to what to expect next. She added the calm to a stressful situation and was very responsive. She is a true professional and I can wholeheartedly recommend Denise without reservation.
