This was my first time at Stickney Dental. I found every encounter to be both friendly and professional, and felt very much at ease even as someone who has long had a fear of dentistry. I appreciate the fact that it’s a family run business, too, and love supporting our local service providers. My husband, who recently started going here too, echoes all of these sentiments and we highly recommend Dr Stickney and his staff!
Everyone at the office was friendly and professional and they made you feel at ease. Dr Stickney was very nice and explained what he thought would be the best plan for the dental work I wanted to have performed. He answered all my questions and I'm comfortable with him completing my dental work.
I am retired and Dr Stickney was the first dentist that I went away from after my visit that I thought “ what a wonderful person “ He used laser not drilling. I definitely was very very happy. I will not dread going to the dentist any more. It’s about time!!! He was my third dentist I went to in Ocala and hope he will continue his practice for a long long time. He is WONDERFUL!!
They reminded us of our upcoming visits 4 times! During 2 of those reminders we were told 2 conflicting amounts that we would be charged. I strongly suggest that Dr. Stickney's office print out a price sheet regarding every procedure. Every patient should know the current charges for cleanings, various procedures, etc. They do tell you about a specific upcoming appointment's cost. Cannot say enough about Dr Stickney ad his staff. Professional, honest, reliable. Great communication skills and upfront pricing of what may not be covered by my insurance.
