The service department needs a bad over haul the manager gets nothing done, it took a week to get my rent car then they did absolutely nothing to fix my car! I will never ever go back to that service department and neither should anyone else find another dealer with better service!!!! This one SUCKS!!!!!!!!! They didn’t deserve a star. I had to give them one just to post.
Came for a promotion of EV test driving. The sales and manager changed face after knowing I have no plan to purchase. They didn't want to assist me for submitting a offer code required for the test drive promotion and saying the promotion was ended which was a lie.
The service department broke my truck when they were attempting to fix it. Then they charged me to fix what they broke. The service manager seems to be the main issue here. I talked with him and he was totally corporate. You will be “nickled and dimed” at Stonebriar Chevrolet’s service department, that’s a promise. For example, just ask about their diagnostic fees.
