I went to see Dr Simpson in 2015. I was scheduled for a tooth extraction and bone graft in August. I was never told that there was a possibility of nerve injury. I have a nerve condition which was never discussed with me by the doctor. I did indeed sign their paperwork (in the lobby while the girl stood over me telling me to initial here and initial there, sign, etc) Dr Simpson performed the procedure which did not work like he had hoped.
