Prescriptions NEVER ready in a reasonable amount of time. I've had to call them every time because after 3-4 days it's still not filled. Now I'm encountering long hold times on the phone at 4:20 PM. Someone keeps picking up and putting me on hold, like they don't want to take any calls. It's more than disappointing: it's unprofessional.

Some of the kindest, most efficient workers I’ve encountered. I’ve never had to sit on hold forever as I have at most other pharmacies. Also their employees are genuinely nice and personable? Shout out to Crystal. She’s gone above and beyond for me in a few instances.

Don't expect a pharmacist here to go out of their way to get a refill if your out of life saving medication. No, I have to call the clinic tomorrow to schedule an appointment with a new provider (since mine retired) and wait another three weeks for an appointment so I can get a refill. The pharmacist could easily make a call to get me a refill because this medication keeps me alive, but she could care less. I used to work at DAP and I never turned clients away that asked for help.
