I showed up late because their website said the office was open on saturday but it wasnt so i had to call and wait 15 minutes for someone to unlock the gate. It took forever to get through on the phone so by the time I got inside I was already stressed out and ready to leave. Once I finally got to my unit and saw how clean and dry everything was I kinda forgot about the headache at the beginning. I’ll definately go back but next time I’ll double check the hours beucase that was a pain.

After 14 yrs, I've ended my relationship with Storage Pros (formerly Stor-All Storage. The last 12 yrs were great. Once the business was sold to Storage Pros, things started going downhill. The arbitrary rate increases are the primary reason for my dissatisfaction and departure. No improvements, just rate increases like clock work. Being a long term customer, I expressed my concerns with the new management many times, but it just fell on deaf ears.
