After 14 yrs, I've ended my relationship with Storage Pros (formerly Stor-All Storage. The last 12 yrs were great. Once the business was sold to Storage Pros, things started going downhill. The arbitrary rate increases are the primary reason for my dissatisfaction and departure. No improvements, just rate increases like clock work. Juan and Gustavo I’ve been at storage pro in Redwood City for probably a little under five years. They’re always professional and always help me with everything to build billing information to politeness and always greeting me when we come in the gate. I really appreciate my storage that’s why you guys are getting five stars today.

Customer services was great. The man at the counter was very knowledgeable and quick to guide me through the process of renting storage a unit. Make sure to ask where your storage unit is located prior to completing the process, some units are on the second floor with no elevator. The space was adequate for storing a few items and air conditioning.

The experience here was great, the whole process was fast simple and I’m very happy with my unit Juan and Gustavo were very helpful to me in getting me in my unit very quickly.

Gustavo and Juan were super helpful and were able not only to help me book my space unit but also show me how they look. I appreciate their service! The price here are great too!
